
Many of us live with ongoing pressure — busy minds, full days, and very little space to pause. Over time, this affects our nervous system, how we feel, how we respond to stress, and how present we are in our own lives.
Starting on 8th April, I’m delighted to offer an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme at The Sanctuary of Healing, Langho.
MBSR is a well-established, evidence-based programme that helps develop greater awareness, steadiness and choice in how we meet stress, physical pain and everyday challenges. Rather than trying to fix what’s happening, the course creates a pause — allowing more skilful and compassionate responses to emerge.
What the course offers
Over eight weeks, you will be guided through mindfulness meditation, gentle movement and reflective inquiry, supporting:
• Clearer awareness of stress patterns
• Improved emotional regulation
• Greater calm, focus and resilience
• Practical tools for daily life
Suitable for beginners and those with prior experience.
