Are you new to Yoga or looking for a more gentle approach to your practice, or perhaps you’re ready to return to your mat after a long break and feel a bit nervous?
This class is for you!
The class will focus on gentle mindful movement to promote strength and flexibility, techniques on how to breathe well and relaxation practices to find ease both physically and mentally.
Incorporating the importance of self care, patience, compassion and a desire to be happy and well.
