QI GONG+SOUND BATH

EVERY WEDNESDAY FOR SIX WEEKS FROM 29TH OCTOBER – 12 NOON TO 1PM

WELCOME  to a new weekly hour that combines gentle Qi Gong exercises with a sound bath meditation, featuring singing bowls and other instruments to promote deep relaxation, energy balancing, and mental calm. Experience ultimate well being with movement, sound, and deep relaxation. Suitable for all.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
QI GONG: Gentle, guided movements to calm the mind and body. No experience needed. Any ability welcomed.
SOUND BATH: Lying down comfortably while immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drum, and Kath’s voice which has been likened to Bailey’s Irish Cream.
