Join us monthly for a transformative Prana Flow Movement session– a combined breathwork class designed to activate the pranic tube – the centre for the toroidal energy field around your body, mixed with gentle conscious stretches and a yoga inspired exercises targeting all body energy systems helping you to achieve a flow like state.
