This session will celebrate unique differences and individual talents, strengths, successes, and achievements. A fun packed event sharing reflective practice, acts of kindness, performance, gratitude, and future states. This workshop will end by playing plenty of party games and ending the summer with a bang!!!

ABOUT LISA
I am a Drama teacher and dedicate my life to the Healing Arts. I have over twenty years’ experience working with children, as a lecturer and Disney teacher and more recently, creative trauma work.
‘Conscious Kids’ is an innovative and immersive programme providing learning that is engaging, educational, healing and fun! Each session focuses on aspects of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. The main aim is to provide your child with coping tools to better understand themselves and deal with life changes. This programme will help your child to understand their inner world and how to regulate ‘their systems’ to bring harmony and balance and a better understanding of themselves and the world around them.
