‘Creating Change in the Blink of an Eye’

What is IEMT?
IEMT is fast, content free change process that uses guided eye movements to reduce stuck negative emotions, phobias, post trauma stress and more.

Who should attend?
Coaches, counsellors, therapists, mental health and education staff, and anyone interested in helping people, and wanting to ….
• quickly help people let go of negative emotions and trauma
• support people to release unhelpful identity and better reach their goals
• achieve change where other interventions have failed
• become a certified Practitioner, with a presence on the IEMT website

What will I learn?
Day one will teach you how to guide clients’ eye movements and use IEMT language patterns to significantly ease stuck negative emotion.
Day two will explore IEMT applied to limiting identity and ways of being, and introduce ways of working with Post Traumatic Stress (including PTSD).

Course style: is highly practical, and will include theory behind IEMT, links to brain physiology and negative emotion, demonstrations, and lots of opportunities for practice.

Trainer: Alan Johnson, an experienced, engaging and entertaining trainer of NLP and IEMT, with a professional background in nursing and drugs work.

Times: 9.30 – 4.30
